During the investigative operations, the militia officers established that a 42-year-old resident of B. Gafurov, on August 11, 2024, created all the conditions for an intimate meeting in an apartment for a 21-year-old young man and a 27-year-old woman, residents of the cities of Khujand and Guliston, in exchange for which he received a monetary reward of 300 somoni.
A criminal case has been opened against the suspect under Part 1 of Article 239 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan on this fact, and an investigation is underway.
