A 29-year-old local resident with a statement of fraud at the DMIA-1 in the Sino district of Dushanbe, stating that on August 4, 2024, at approximately 16:00 on N.Khuvaydulloev Street in Dushanbe, a certain person named “Khurshed” entered into a conflict with him without any real reason, then entered into a fight, threatened him with a knife, took his Samsung-A 7 mobile phone and fled.
The damage caused amounted to one thousand somoni.
As a result of operational and investigative measures, militia officers detained a 28-year-old resident of the capital on suspicion of committing this crime.
