During operational search activities, militia officers detained a 33-year-old resident of Dushanbe on suspicion of committing fraud.
The above-mentioned, in August 2023, having gained the trust of a 40-year-old resident of Dushanbe, took 560 thousand somoni from him, promised that he would return the money to him within one month, but the money not returned.
An investigation into this fact is underway.
