Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan on about missing Aralova Sabina and Aralova Malika announces that in accordance with Article 130 of the of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, the person who stole these children with what whatever purposes whether, in tentionally or out of ignorance or out of a sense personal animosity and hides them in the case of voluntary return of their parents or legal representatives, or any department of the Interior will be exempted from criminal punishment and will not be prosecuted. 

In addition, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan for the return of minor children or post information about their location guarantees a cash reward.
