December 30, 2016 in the conference hall of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was held the final meeting of the activities of freelance police officers, voluntary combatants and active youth group "Vanguard" for 2016.
The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Interior major-general of militia Solehzoda Iskandar, an adviser to the US Embassy in Tajikistan on criminal justice Mr. James Berg, coordinator of the project "Police Cooperation with Society" in Tajikistan Manija Tilavova, representatives of "Save of World", public organization and individual citizens who actively cooperate with the police.
First, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs major-general of militia Solehzoda Iskandar, on behalf of the Minister of Interior Lieutenant-General of militia Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro thanked all freelance police officers, voluntary combatants and active youth group Vanguard for fruitful cooperation in the fight to prevent crimes, to ensure public order, and noted that the role of young people in the prevention of weighty offenses.
The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Mr. Emomali Rahmon, in his Address to the Parliament of the Republic of Tajikistan, announced 2017, the year of Youth!
It should be noted that the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs during 2016 year, together with freelance police officers, volunteer vigilantes, the youth group of "Vanguard" and the public were jointly conducted a number of sports, cultural, political and social events that are held at the proper level.

 Deputy Minister of Interior major-general of militia Solehzoda Iskandar, in his speech congratulated all those present on the upcoming New Year and wished them success in all areas for the benefit of national independence and the people of Tajikistan.
Further, by the Order of the Minister of Internal Affairs Lieutenant-General of militia Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro for active participation in advocacy, preventive maintenance, political, cultural and sporting events, as well as in scientific and practical seminars and conferences related to the prevention of crime and the implementation of the project "Cooperation police and society "within the program of reform of police of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2014-2020., a number of freelancers, volunteer vigilantes, youth group "Vanguard" and the individual active citizens were awarded with medals, diplomas, acknowledgment letters, gifts and cash rewards, including:

Medal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan "For cooperation":
- James Berg - Advisor of the US Embassy in Tajikistan on justice police cooperation with the community;
- Muhsin Murodzoda Mukim- student of 5th course of the TSU;
- Muzaffarov Izzatullo Idibekovich - Master Institute of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
