At a meeting of police officers with students and teachers of Engineering and Pedagogical College in Dushanbe, held on December 28, 2016, the sides discussed issues related gain knowledge of young people, prevent delinquency and crime, and their involvement in extremist terrorism-related groups.
In his speech, head of the Organizational and Inspection Department of the Interior Ministry, police colonel Rahimzoda Abdulrahim Abdurahmon by examining the life and work of young people, including students, emphasized the important aspects of this direction.

 As noted, in the Message of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the nation, the President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic and the Tajik people, a special place occupies the role of youth in the development and prosperity of the Republic of Tajikistan, which in 2017 was declared the Year of Youth, and this initiative shown by the Head of state has been unanimously supported by the society especially youth and students.

Continuing his speech, Head of OID MIA of the Republic of Tajikistan, police colonel A.Rahimzoda noted that, despite the fact that the Government of the republic has created all necessary conditions for the acquisition of knowledge and a decent life of young people, also remains an important issue, some negative phenomena in society.
It was noted that for 11 months in 2016 647 crimes committed by minors, and 5 thousand 350 young people the facts have been reported, but sadly also 30 crimes were committed by students.
Students are required to be with exemplary behavior, reached Knowledge, as the future of society, that they have committed any negative phenomenon affects the credibility of the students. Law-enforcement bodies are always ready to work with young people and provide them with comprehensive support.
Leaders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, especially Interior Minister, Lieutenant-General of militia Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro regularly organizes various meetings and events with students and young people. Today they are an active part of society play an important role in ensuring public order, and have close cooperation with the authorities.
Then Director of the College Zulaikho Zokirova, expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Interior representatives for beneficial meeting, and that they are always ready to cooperate with the police.
