From October 3 to 5, 2019, at the initiative of the National Coordinator for Police Reform of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, together with the OSCE Office in Dushanbe and the international organization Seyferworld (Dunei Behatar), a republican round table will be held on the topic: “Increasing cooperation potential militia with the public in the city of Khujand, Sogd region.

This round table will be attended by militia officers of the Directorates of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in GBAO, Sughd, Khatlon, Dushanbe and Rasht district for the protection of public order and the prevention of juvenile delinquency and youth, as well as representatives of the Public Council for the Promotion of Civil Society in Police Reform and the Public Council to promote civil society in ensuring public order, active youth and other public and expert organizations.
During the round table, successes and achievements of members of the Public Councils, close cooperation of regional inspectors with the population and proposals for further strengthening the interaction of the police with civil society will be discussed.
