Taking into consideration the Message of the Founder of the Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon to Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Interior Minister, Militia Colonel-General Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro, during his working visit to GBAO, familiarized with the conditions of service of soldiers and officers of military parts and border posts in the region.

The Minister of the Interior visited a number of border posts and military units, including the observation post of detachment No. 0308 of the Border Guard Troops of the State National Security Committee of the Republic of Tajikistan located in the Shokhin district of Khatlon region, detachment No. 409 of the Border Guard Troops of the State Security Committee of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Darvaz region, GKNB of the Republic of Tajikistan, the observation post of Zigar OGAI DMIA in this area, observation posts Kufob, Rogak, Yoged and Nulvand of the Border Guard of the State National Security Committee of the Republic of Tajikistan in Darvaz District, border posts of Jamoats of Vodhud and Dashtak of Vanj district, military unit No. 23441 of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan, military units and frontier posts located in the rural jamoat Vakhon, Ishkashim, Murghab, Roshtkala, Rushan, Shugnan districts, OMON and military unit No. 3503 UVV MIA for GBAO, held a conversation with officers and soldiers.

During the visit, Interior Minister, Militia Colonel General Rakhimzoda Ramazon Khamro explained the content of the Message of the Leader of the Nation to the respected Emomali Rahmon. In the past year, we witnessed the perpetration of horrendous terrorist acts in a number of countries in Asia, Africa, Europe and America, and there is almost a day that people in any part of the world do not become victims of terrorists.
Terrorism poses a serious threat to the stability and security of the entire planet.
The threats of the modern world, the situation in the Middle East, as well as the unstable situation in neighboring Afghanistan, oblige us to increase our attention to the issue of ensuring national security.
Another problem related to Afghanistan is the illegal traffic in narcotic drugs.
Everyone knows that illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs is considered one of the main sources of financing international terrorism and riots in the world.
In difficult conditions of the modern world, servicemen of the Armed Forces and law enforcement officials must always be ready to defend the borders of our sovereign state, to protect political stability, law and order.

It was stressed that the Leader of the Nation is confident in your loyalty, will power and patriotism, and noted in his message: "We fully trust the courageous sons of the people - the defenders of our beloved homeland and are proud of them."
In response to the confidence of the Head of State, every full resident of the country, especially servicemen, must always be more responsive to defend their homeland, its borders and foundations.
